W&N makes my favorite Cerulean Blue. It’s not the most saturated Cerulean I’ve seen, which is not a drawback at all. If one wants chroma in a blue, there’s Phthalo. Covering power is excellent and I love how it blends with other colors, particularly earths, for some nice broken greys.
